5th March 2026: Monmouthshire County Council Planning Refusal

To all our customers,

Sadly, Monmouthshire County Council have made the decision to refuse our planning application for this paddock, and with immediate effect we are no longer able to accept bookings.

We will contact all customers with unfulfilled bookings to cancel your booking and refund your booking fee.

We are actively looking for ways to re-open Pear Tree Paddock.
